911messages’s InstaCom™ School Edition – Premium extends the capabilities of 911messages’s standard-level package to give schools and school districts more flexibility.

Key expanded capabilities:

InstaCom School – Premium includes all of the InstaCom School – Standard features, plus the follow key features:

• Polling – Get input from parents and others for informed decision-making
  This versatile feature enables a school or school district to survey parents, guardians, faculty, staff, or students by sending a notification—for example, a permission slip request—that includes a multiple-choice question with up to nine different responses.
• Ad-hoc reporting – Improve visibility into communication effectiveness  
  The ad-hoc reporting feature is a powerful and flexible tool that allows schools to quickly create reports to meet their specific needs, such as “How many broadcasts did we send in June?” With this feature, users can easily generate reports that present a well-organized view the school’s member, broadcast, or group information.
• Conference calling – Maximize productivity
  Schools invite parents, guardians, faculty, staff, district administrators, and others to join a conference call through the 911messages mass notification system. The invitation may be sent via any 911messages contact path. If the invitation is accepted via a phone path, the member will be automatically connected to the conference call. If the invitation is received or accepted via a text path, the telephone number and access code of the conference call will be provided along with the conference information so that the member can use a telephone to join the call.
