Organization Leaders
Organization leaders have the most authority within an organization. They can send messages to every group and every individual within their organization. If member privacy options have not been implemented and selected by members, then the organization leader can also update member contact information. They have the authority to manage the configuration settings for the entire organization - including the selection of the delivery methods and the recording of the custom greetings that are played prior to every message that is delivered through the 3n notification engine. organization leaders can also view invoice and usage data online. An organization leader can delegate their authority to others within their organization through the delegate authority feature.

Group Leaders
Group leaders have the authority to manage the membership in the groups for whom they have been identified as a leader. They can add and remove members. They can send broadcast messages to the membership in their groups. They cannot, however, update member contact data. Only organization leaders or the members themselves (if authorized) can update contact data.

Members
911messages members include all organization leaders, group leaders, and all potential recipients of broadcast notifications.

Delegate Authority

Revoke Authority
As easily as an organization leader can delegate authority, they can revoke it using the delegate/revoke authority feature.
